Racham, LLC works together with a variety of local businesses and organizations that allow us to evaluate our clients in their work environment while doing volunteer work for the company. This unique opportunity allows us to evaluate our clients in different types of work environments with different tasks to better see what supports will be needed if competitive employment is considered. We are truly grateful for our community partners and their spirit for helping individuals with disabilities become competitively employed.
