Jennifer is the owner and Director of RACHAM, LLC, a sub-contractor with Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency established to assist individuals with disabilities obtain gainful employment that will help promote daily independence and long-term success. She has been working professionally in the field since 1999, although she has life-long experience with people with disabilities.

Growing up with a father with polio who was confined to a wheelchair, Jennifer never saw her father has having a disability, but rather as a man who loved and cared for his community and changed many lives in the process. She never saw her father’s wheelchair hinder his ability to work and reach his community. Instead, she saw all that he accomplished and how successful he became. She continues to work with that same state of mind of looking at people for what they can do well and matching them with a job or supports that will help them succeed. She does not see disabilities; she only sees skills, talents and gifts that can and should be used in the community.

Prior to her working with the disabled community, Jennifer worked in the education field which also contributed to her ability to effectively train and evaluate clients on job readiness skills. She is highly experienced in working hands-on with people with disabilities which contributes to her knowledge and expertise in understanding what supports clients will need on a job and how to successfully implement those supports in a way that is easily manageable for both the client and the employer. Jennifer has worked with hundreds of clients in many different counties in the state of Georgia in Job Readiness Training, Work Evaluations, Job Coaching, Job Sampling, Community Work Adjustment Training and Supported Employment.

Born and raised in Georgia, Jennifer resides there with her husband, two grown children and granddaughter. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys ministering to women inmates by volunteering at the local jail. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with and caring for her family.
